RÉ.M.I

Retrogaming Museum Initiative

Founded by Rémi Gonzalez · Baon (89430)

Our mission

RÉ.M.I. is an association dedicated to the preservation of video games and making them accessible to as many people as possible. Drawing on a private collection built over several decades, it offers immersive exhibitions where arcade cabinets, iconic consoles and cult games tell the story of a whole chapter of popular culture.

The ambition is resolutely intergenerational: to reintroduce to some what shaped their childhood, and to introduce to others a living, playful and shareable heritage.

Our themes

  • Arcade cabinets

The arcade machines of the 80s and 90s, restored and fully playable.

  • Retro consoles

Nearly 100 iconic consoles, from the first generation through to the 2000s.

  • Cult games & rare items

Cartridges, original boxes, merchandise and rare collectibles.

  • History of video games

A journey through the technological, artistic and cultural evolution of the medium from its origins.
